Account questions

Where do I download my purchase(s)?

Once your order is complete, a download link is shown on the Order Received page, and you will also receive an email notification with a download link. You may also visit our site at any time to download your purchase(s). Go to your account page and click the Downloads tab to find all available products. Viewing downloads on our site is also a great way to see other info, such as the current version of your product, when that version was released, and the Changelog for each update.

How do I cancel my account?

If you’d like to cancel your account please contact us directly and we’ll cancel and delete your account upon request.

Subscription questions

What are subscription keys for?

All products from have keys, and an active subscription allows you to access product updates and our support team.

We have User keys offered as in a single and agency packages.

How many websites can I use my subscription key on?

One valid subscription key can be used on one active site and a staging/test/development domain. This allows you to test your product in a live and staging/development environment simultaneously, without the need to swap or activate, deactivate and reactivate.

What is classified as a connected domain?

  • Subdomains are NOT classified as separate domains (yay!) – so if you setup your domains like, and – you will be able to avail of automatic updates for your products on all three instances from the one connected domain
  • Sub-directory sites are NOT separate sites – a key activated for would allow to setup your staging/dev versions at and for example.

How does subscription activation Work?

To activate a subscription, you need to connect your domain. Once your domain is connected it will also be automatically activated. Your subscription is now active! You will now be able to obtain automatic product updates for that domain.

Are subscriptions valid for a lifetime?

No, each key is valid from the date of purchase and for as long as your subscription(s) is/are in effect (typically 1 year).

How do I renew my subscription?

If auto-renew is enabled (which is the default), your subscription renews on the due date and your card is charged. Email notification and receipt are sent to confirm you paid for another year.

You are sent a renewal reminder email 60, 30, 14, 7 and 2 days prior to the subscription renewal date. You can also find renewal information on the My Subscriptions page. These emails are also sent if auto-renew is disabled.

How much does it cost to renew my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed annually at 100% of the purchase price.

What do I receive when renewing my subscription?

Renewing your subscription entitles you to support and automatic updates to your product. This ensures compatibility with newer versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, as well as bug fixes and new features and enhancements to the product.

What happens if my subscription expires or is deactivated?

If your subscription expires you will no longer be able to download product updates or receive support. You may still continue to use the current version of the product you last downloaded before your subscription expired.

If you are having trouble with the product, go to the product page and check the Changelog to see if an update may help address the issue. When a product is not working, updating should always be the first step when troubleshooting.

How do I transfer my subscription to another domain?

To transfer your subscription simply deactivate the domain you no longer wish to use and connect the new domain in the active subscription for that product.

Can I transfer a subscription to a client, colleague or friend?

No. Subscriptions are not transferable across accounts at this time.

What is a license key?

When you purchase a product subscription we generate a unique license for your product subscription. You’re probably used to getting license keys for digital products already and having to enter them somewhere to activate your product. Our domain activation method means you’ll never need to enter your key anywhere to activate your subscription. But, there may be occasions where a member of our support team ask you to confirm your product license key when you submit support questions. That’s all you’ll ever need this key for at this time.

Auto-renew questions

Are auto-renewals enabled on my purchases?

For purchases made after November 2019, auto-renew is enabled by default.

For purchases made before November 2019, you have the option to enable auto-renew on a per-subscription basis.

You can review renewal settings by visiting the My Subscriptions page in your account.

How do I enable auto-renewals?

For purchases made prior to November 2019, automatic renewals can be enabled by visiting My Subscriptions.

Follow the prompts on this page to add a stored payment method for automatic billing. Once your payment information has been added, you can toggle auto-renewal on/off for your subscription.

How do I disable auto-renewals?

To disable automatic renewals for a product, visit the My Subscriptions page and toggle auto-renewal off from the right side of the listing.

Disabling auto-renew is also a way to pay “manually.” Enter a credit card to enable auto-renew, allow payment to be taken on the due date, and then disable auto-renew.
